“Unity to be real must stand the
severest strain without breaking.”, Mahatma Ghandi once said. In EG Academy,
teachers are the largest number of employees and it is continuously growing. So
if each of teachers has their own personality, how could they keep the love and
unity among them? Great understanding and patience are needed. Sometimes, it
requires everyone to gather and ask if everyone is doing fine.
EG
teachers held an overnight team building on November 8, 2019 to make time for
everyone and take the opportunity to know each other a lot deeper. We prepared
several games to showcase their wit and strength. These games are not just for
fun. They were designed to give our teachers a meaningful purpose why this game
was played.
For example, the game ‘Pass the
message’ helps the employees why gossip is very dangerous and how it ruins the
reputation of someone. Moreover, this team building opened a bridge for
teachers who had some misunderstanding and appreciated their bond more.
We are really glad to see them
enjoying this day and valuing the unity of our teachers.
