EG Academy wants its employees to be more efficient, dynamic and positive. One of its way is Incentive Travel.
Trips take us away from our normal environments, from our everyday routines. They take us away from stress and the hectic schedules to relaxation, recreation, and rejuvenation. Incentive travel is not only a killer way to reward and motivate employees, it’s a great way to make sure they’re fresh, energized, and ready to give work their all when they return. The School has chosen two of its employees, Ms. Lhen the executive assistant and one of the team leaders, Team Leader Stef to grant incentive trip to Korea. Last week they went to Korea, and since it was their first time to travel abroad, their first time to see Korea the management prepared everything for them so that they can truly enjoy it, and they were so ecstatic about it!
They stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights, with everything ready, and provided by the school. According to Lhen and Stef this incentive trip was beyond their expectation. The experience itself is way better than what they thought. The school was pleased to hear that they are glad and more than happy to experience this and are motivated. This trip became a vehicle for them to relax and be stress free.
Now everyone, even the management is waiting who are the next fortunate employees who will receive the next incentive trip travel! Can’t wait! |
